Any requests to vary meals must be submitted to Keith Tatlock (Tel: 01932 349803) by no later than 3pm on the preceding Friday. 16th March 2026 Meeting Notes Our meeting this week was our AGM and Business meeting at which officers and Committee chairs presented their annual reports. These will be reported in the minutes of the meeting. As the Bradley Ward refurbishment project has been delayed, this has freed up the funds that had been earmarked for it by Woking Rotary Club and Woking District Rotary Club. Some of the money is going to a fund the IDDSI project at Woking & Sam Beare Hospice, which will preserve the Foundation grant. The project is intended to help inpatients with dysphagia (swallowing difficulties). But we have also decided to increase our contribution to the Cut Out Cancer project at the Royal Surrey Hospital from £2,000 to £4,000. Carol asked that someone represent the Club at the District Assembly at Bramley to go the Foundation
